Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure Microsoft Azure solutions. Produce high- and low-level architecture artefacts, advise stakeholders, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data principles, collaborate with IT and partners, and contribute to Agile delivery and EA evolution.

Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. Act as organisational Salesforce expert, produce high- and low-level architecture artefacts, translate stakeholder requirements, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data principles, collaborate with IT and partners, and support Agile delivery while evolving Dogs Trust's enterprise architecture.

Design, develop and customise Salesforce solutions (notably NPSP and Flows), support integrations and incidents across platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate progress to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions for Dogs Trust.

Manage a caseload of legacy gifts, liaise with executors/solicitors, review estate accounts (CGT/IHT), represent the charity in legacy correspondence, maintain records in First Class 4, support reporting and escalate complex matters to senior legal staff.

Deliver an assigned portfolio of high-value supporter events end-to-end, including planning, venue and supplier management, content and collateral creation, on-the-day delivery and evaluation. Coordinate cross-organisational event project groups and liaise with senior stakeholders (CEO, Directors, Trustees, UHNW supporters, ambassadors) to ensure events support cultivation and stewardship objectives.

Manage legacy giving products (gifts in wills, In Memoriam, Canine Care Card), coordinate external agencies and internal teams, deliver supporter stewardship and events, communicate brand impact sensitively, and monitor and improve supporter journeys and campaign outcomes.

Lead operational oversight and delivery of flagship, bespoke and stewardship events for high-value supporters. Develop event concepts, audiences, messaging and calls to action; line-manage a High Value Events Officer; coordinate with Philanthropy, Corporate and Trusts; contribute to long-term high-value events strategy to drive sustainable income and supporter engagement.

Partner with managers and heads of department to provide tailored HR advice, resolve complex employee relations cases, use people metrics to identify risks and opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and work with HR specialist teams. Fixed-term contract through June 2027.

Develop and maintain local relationships with individuals, businesses and community groups to generate and steward supporters and legacy pledges; organise events, talks and tours; handle donation administration, thanking and banking; work both independently and as part of the rehoming centre team.
