Lead strategic communications planning and delivery across paid, owned and earned channels. Shape messages, brief agencies, manage stakeholders, run campaigns, and embed evaluation frameworks to measure impact for brand and international projects focused on improving animal welfare.

Lead delivery of face-to-face public fundraising across the UK: plan and run large-scale campaigns, manage income/expenditure and ROI, oversee external delivery partners, build internal and agency relationships, and line-manage and coach the Public Fundraising team to meet targets.

Support cohort studies by performing manual data entry, data cleaning, and basic analyses; contribute to internal reports and slide decks; test surveys; and assist with study maintenance and reporting tasks.

Manage a caseload of legacy gifts, liaise with executors/solicitors, review estate accounts (CGT/IHT), represent the charity in legacy correspondence, maintain records in First Class 4, support reporting and escalate complex matters to senior legal staff.

Design, develop and customise Salesforce solutions (including Flows and third-party tools), support incidents across platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate progress to deliver fit-for-purpose systems for Dogs Trust.

Design and run mixed-method research (surveys, focus groups), combine internal and external data to create customer narratives, present actionable insights to stakeholders, develop customer personas and journeys, support brand tracker management, and manage research projects from planning through execution.

Lead and inspire a volunteer retail team, deliver excellent customer service, manage merchandising and budgets, drive sales through commercial decisions, and represent Dogs Trust while supporting local Rehoming Centres. Role is 6 hours weekly, supporting the store on Sundays.
