Design, build, and own disposable isolated microVM sandboxes and related runtime infrastructure for AI coding agents. Improve reliability, performance, and security across macOS, Windows, and Linux; lead architecture, mentor engineers, engage open-source communities, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product and adjacent teams.

Manage and expand strategic F100 accounts across EMEA by building executive relationships, developing growth plans, meeting sales quotas, analyzing markets, forecasting performance, and negotiating contracts. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, client-focused solution selling, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities while serving as a trusted strategic advisor.

Own Docker’s global partner marketing function, including strategy, budget, MDF, PRM governance, partner communications, campaigns, events, webinars, and co-marketing. Build scalable programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, measure ROI, improve portal adoption, and align global field marketing efforts. Serve as the senior marketing counterpart to alliances leadership while establishing the function’s operating model, processes, annual plan, and future team.
