Design, build, and own disposable isolated microVM sandboxes and related runtime infrastructure for AI coding agents. Improve reliability, performance, and security across macOS, Windows, and Linux; lead architecture, mentor engineers, engage open-source communities, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product and adjacent teams.

Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts across the UK and Ireland. Build executive relationships, develop account growth plans, achieve sales quotas, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, analyze markets, forecast performance, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer teams. The role focuses on growing revenue, deepening strategic partnerships, and delivering client-focused solutions to complex F100 organizations.

Qualify outbound and inbound leads for Docker’s commercial and enterprise accounts, identify customer needs, assess product interest, and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives. The role includes prospecting through calls, email, chat, and social media; maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline data; meeting qualification and KPI targets; developing territory strategies; sharing customer feedback; and building strong product knowledge. German and English fluency are required, with collaboration and mentoring expected.
