Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify customer needs, assess interest in Docker products, and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives. The role involves prospect research, multichannel outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM hygiene, pipeline management, KPI attainment, customer feedback sharing, and collaboration with account executives and cross-functional teams.

Lead technical sales for strategic enterprise accounts across AI governance, container security, DevOps, and software supply chain integrity. Conduct technical discovery, shape deals, run competitive proofs of concept, deliver demos and architecture reviews, advise senior security and platform stakeholders, build technical champion relationships, support competitive strategy, and advocate for customer needs internally. The role requires close collaboration with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Post Sales, and Support teams.

Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services teams, owning delivery, team health, technical direction, operational excellence, hiring, and engineer development. Shape portfolio priorities across secure build, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images while balancing roadmap work, reliability, on-call, and stakeholder commitments. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams, guide distributed-systems and infrastructure decisions, oversee incidents and production operations, and establish clear ownership across team interfaces. The role requires strong backend engineering judgment, software supply-chain security understanding, and leadership across remote European and US teams.

Lead and implement backend and developer-experience initiatives across Clojure and Go systems. Define architecture, build and operate distributed services, event pipelines, databases and APIs, improve observability and reliability, mentor senior engineers, and drive cross-team delivery from ambiguity to measurable outcomes while participating in on-call rotation.

Design, build, and operate Go-based services powering Docker's secure build and CI infrastructure. Deliver isolation, identity, policy, provenance, attestation and signing capabilities, improve reliability of Docker Build Cloud and Auto Builds, own features end-to-end, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to produce secure, reproducible developer and agent workflows.
