Serve as first point of contact for customers of a SaaS LMS: troubleshoot technical issues via phone/chat/email, gather diagnostic information, resolve or escalate tickets, manage expectations, and maintain punctual attendance and schedule adherence in a hybrid contact-center environment.

Provide end-to-end negotiation and management of commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, AI terms, NDAs), advise Sales/Dealdesk/Partnerships, draft templates, run contract reviews, support RFPs and maintain contract records while coordinating stakeholder training and improving contract workflows.

Own and execute EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue. Partner with regional sales, lead demand generation, ABM, digital, events, partner and customer marketing, translate global AI messaging for local markets, build and manage a regional team, budgets, agencies, and performance reporting, and travel across key EMEA markets.
