Own the technical relationship for enterprise SaaS customers, translating business and e-learning goals into scalable platform strategies. Advise executives on integrations, APIs, authentication, AI workflows, and platform performance; monitor usage and stability metrics; lead technical reviews; conduct proof-of-concept pilots; and drive platform improvements. The role requires 5+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience, enterprise account management, technical integration expertise, and up to 25% international travel.

Secure Docebo’s AWS cloud infrastructure across architecture, IAM, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, detection, vulnerability management, and compliance. Lead cloud incident response, threat monitoring, root cause analysis, and post-mortems while participating in an after-hours on-call rotation. Develop security guardrails, automate controls, manage vendors, and guide engineering teams on cloud security best practices across AWS and multi-cloud environments.

Provide end-to-end negotiation and management of commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, AI terms, NDAs), advise Sales/Dealdesk/Partnerships, draft templates, run contract reviews, support RFPs and maintain contract records while coordinating stakeholder training and improving contract workflows.
