Support the Operations team delivering conferences, exhibitions and awards through exhibitor liaison, communications planning, Salesforce and database management, producing exhibitor materials, updating floor plans, on-site organiser office support, coordinating freight, travel and accommodation, purchase order support, and general admin while following health & safety and Ops processes.

The Midweight Graphic Designer will create innovative designs for marketing materials, collaborate with teams, ensure brand consistency, manage projects, and organize digital assets.

Lead end-to-end conference programming for flagship energy events: research and develop session agendas, recruit and manage speakers, liaise with stakeholders and sponsors, collaborate with sales/marketing/operations, and manage on-site delivery including national and international travel.
