Develop and maintain commercial software products using C++, build and specify new features, conduct code reviews, solve complex technical problems, support customer issue resolution, share expertise, and participate in technical interviews. The role requires hands-on collaboration in focused engineering teams and experience with real-time systems and Windows software development.

Designs, develops, and maintains Python-based automated test frameworks, scripts, tools, and reusable test suites for software and hardware products. Integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, performs manual testing, troubleshoots automation issues, documents test plans and results, and collaborates with developers and product teams to improve coverage, stability, and product quality.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, schemas, and integrations across APIs, databases, and streaming platforms. Monitor data quality, optimize data architecture, and provide reliable datasets for analysts and stakeholders. The role also contributes to engineering best practices, CI/CD, infrastructure, and knowledge sharing.

Generates and qualifies EMEA sales leads through calls, email, social selling, events, and inbound follow-up. The role manages pipeline and activity KPIs, conducts discovery meetings and product demonstrations, communicates value propositions, handles objections, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with sales and global teams to create qualified opportunities. It also requires developing product and industry knowledge and attending approximately two to four industry events annually.

Integrate hardware, firmware, and Windows operating system components into reliable server products. Develop OS images, perform system bring-up, troubleshoot issues across electrical, mechanical, and software boundaries, and create test plans, rigs, fixtures, and automation scripts. Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers while documenting results, supporting validation, and delivering integration milestones.
