Responsibilities include meeting sales KPIs, building customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, supporting events and visual merchandising, recording customer contacts, maintaining the sales counter, and following cash-handling, grooming, and company policies.

Supports the Counter Manager in driving sales KPIs, coaching team members, delivering luxury customer service, executing product launches and events, managing stock and cash procedures, maintaining counter standards, completing reports, and overseeing store operations in the manager’s absence.

Maximize retail sales and build strong customer relationships as a Diptyque luxury brand ambassador. Responsibilities include meeting sales and CRM KPIs, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, supporting in-store and off-site events, recording customer contacts, assisting with visual merchandising and gift wrapping, maintaining counter standards, following cash-handling procedures, and supporting the Counter Manager. The role requires fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail experience, sales ability, strong communication, grooming, flexibility, and weekend availability.

Supports the Counter Manager in delivering sales KPIs, motivating and coaching team members, managing launches and events, maintaining luxury customer service standards, monitoring inventory, completing reporting, and following host-store cash handling, safety, security, and operational procedures. Assumes full counter accountability during the manager’s absence and represents Diptyque as a luxury brand ambassador.
