Manages portfolio management projects, investment strategy and process changes, account launches and transitions, and technology improvements. Coordinates with global operations, technology, and portfolio management teams to prioritize initiatives, resolve barriers, manage operational risks, document processes, and deliver projects from inception through completion. Builds cross-functional relationships, communicates complex processes, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement within investment management operations.

Oversee investment stewardship activities, including proxy voting, corporate governance research, portfolio company engagement, regulatory monitoring, and reporting. The role supports responses to clients and consultants, prepares materials for internal committees, manages stewardship data, and improves team procedures through automation and systemization while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Supports Channel Marketing events across EMEA by coordinating planning, execution, vendors, collateral, sponsorships, stakeholder communications, workflows, and post-event measurement. The role also manages marketing initiatives, maintains project dashboards, improves operational efficiency, regionalizes content, and presents updates to internal teams. Success requires strong event planning, project management, communication, organization, collaboration, and attention to detail.
