Manage post-sales relationships for SaaS customers across the UK and Europe, overseeing implementations, project timelines, KPI achievement, performance reporting, business-value analysis, support escalations, continuous improvement, case studies, renewals, and portfolio growth. The role partners with Solution Engineers and communicates technical and commercial concepts in a high-touch customer success model.

Lead technical onboarding of customers onto the DigitalGenius platform: build automation flows, fine-tune AI behavior, integrate via APIs/webhooks, run trainings, troubleshoot issues, and manage projects to ensure timely implementations.
