Owns the B2C payments ecosystem across Stripe, Recurly, and PayPal. Responsibilities include improving authorization and conversion rates, deploying alternative payment methods, managing retries, disputes, chargebacks, fraud controls, PCI-DSS compliance, vendor relationships, pricing, analytics, and payment infrastructure projects. Partners with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize payment performance and implement process improvements.

Leads accounting, tax, statutory reporting, consolidation, audit, technical accounting, and internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Owns IFRS-compliant financial statements, month-end and year-end close, tax compliance, transfer pricing, external advisor relationships, and NetSuite consolidation processes. Develops the Accounting, Tax & Corporate Reporting team and serves as a credible CFO delegate while driving process improvement and senior stakeholder communication.

Provide empathetic email-based support for Overleaf and Papers AI users, handling technical, billing, and account inquiries. Maintain and create knowledge-base content, report reproducible bugs, refine support processes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Finance. Monitor support trends and surface user feedback while helping establish support documentation and playbooks for an early-stage AI product.
