Provides on-site and remote IT support in a lean two-person team. Responsibilities include managing macOS devices through Kandji, supporting Windows devices through Intune, administering Google Workspace and other SaaS systems, managing onboarding, offboarding, SSO and permissions, providing AV and office technology support, triaging Slack and Jira requests, documenting processes, and automating routine tasks. The role also contributes to networking, security, system administration, and internal tooling projects.

Architect and develop high-load backend systems in Elixir, design scalable distributed solutions, and improve ticketing and event-management platforms. Lead technical discussions, translate requirements into specifications, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote testing, documentation, maintainability, and production ownership. Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis performance, integrate third-party services, understand Linux internals, and address system bottlenecks and traffic spikes.
