As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop web and desktop applications, guide projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Lead and grow a distributed integrations engineering team, define roadmap, own large end-to-end projects, evaluate technical designs, drive processes, recruit, mentor, and occasionally contribute technically.

Develop and maintain Dialpad's native Salesforce integration and other integrations, write architecture and tests, participate in code reviews, build well-tested, maintainable features, and support Agentic AI initiatives.
