The Account Executive, Mid-Market will manage the entire sales process to convert leads into clients, build campaigns, and close complex deals.

Build and maintain Dialpad's native Salesforce integration and other integrations, design architecture, write clean modular code with unit tests, participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, support ETL pipelines, and contribute to Agentic AI initiatives to enable real-time automations and data flows.

Manage, recruit, onboard, and grow regional telecom, VAR, and consulting partners to drive indirect revenue. Train partners on Dialpad products, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and hit revenue targets.
