Own end-to-end client relationships for AI startup and scaleup hiring. Responsibilities include scoping role briefs, managing recruiting processes, analyzing pipelines, coordinating feedback and interviews, negotiating offers, growing accounts, and providing market insights and candidate assessments. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial judgment, organization, communication, and sufficient engineering recruiting knowledge to advise founders and hiring leaders.

Own Dex’s content across its website, social channels, email, blog, and events. Write and publish varied content, optimize it for SEO and AI search, distribute it across relevant communities, repurpose long-form work, manage event communications, track performance, and protect brand voice. The role requires strong editorial judgment, commercial awareness, independent execution, and effective use of AI tools for research and content production.

Lead lifecycle growth across activation, onboarding, education, re-engagement, email, notifications, and in-product messaging. Build the CRM and lifecycle stack from scratch, create behavioral segments and personalized journeys, establish reporting, and run continual experiments. Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to improve candidate engagement, conversion, and retention. The role requires strong analytical, technical, commercial, product, and messaging judgment in an early-stage startup environment.
