Full-cycle, hunter Account Executive role: build pipeline from scratch, run multi-channel outbound, manage deals end-to-end, define ICP/territory, close partnerships with Heads of Talent and Founders, create commercial toolkit, and feed market insights to product and ops.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of product delivery, focusing on backend systems, LLM integration, and cross-functional collaboration in a full-stack capacity.

Lead CRM and lifecycle growth for candidates: own tooling, segmentation, triggers, onboarding and reactivation journeys across email, notifications and in-product. Build reporting, run continuous experiments, partner with product and engineering, and scale lifecycle as a measurable growth channel.
