Own Dex’s content across its website, social channels, email, blog, and events. Write and publish varied content, optimize it for SEO and AI search, distribute it across relevant communities, repurpose long-form work, manage event communications, track performance, and protect brand voice. The role requires strong editorial judgment, commercial awareness, independent execution, and effective use of AI tools for research and content production.

Lead lifecycle growth across activation, onboarding, education, re-engagement, email, notifications, and in-product messaging. Build the CRM and lifecycle stack from scratch, create behavioral segments and personalized journeys, establish reporting, and run continual experiments. Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to improve candidate engagement, conversion, and retention. The role requires strong analytical, technical, commercial, product, and messaging judgment in an early-stage startup environment.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of product delivery, focusing on backend systems, LLM integration, and cross-functional collaboration in a full-stack capacity.

Lead CRM and lifecycle growth for candidates: own tooling, segmentation, triggers, onboarding and reactivation journeys across email, notifications and in-product. Build reporting, run continuous experiments, partner with product and engineering, and scale lifecycle as a measurable growth channel.

Lead Dex's visual identity by creating high-quality brand and marketing assets across web, email, onboarding, and social. Own end-to-end design, apply motion graphics, iterate using engagement data and A/B tests, and integrate AI tools to increase quality and speed while maintaining brand consistency.

Staff-level full-stack product engineer (backend-heavy) owning end-to-end product slices: backend APIs, data pipelines, LLM/agent integrations, and pragmatic React/TypeScript frontends. Drive delivery, ensure production reliability, collaborate with product/design, and ship scalable features with minimal supervision.

Own Dex's end-to-end data foundation: design core data models, implement instrumentation in product code, build reliable pipelines, enable self-serve analytics, structure data for agent consumers, define metrics and standards, and drive data quality across the company.

Lead a technical editorial platform: set voice and editorial calendar, commission and edit long-form engineering content, recruit senior contributors from your network, write when needed, and align output with marketing and growth for distribution. Fractional (2–3 days/week) role focused on high editorial standards and credibility with senior engineering audiences.
