As a Senior Fundraising Specialist, you'll lead fundraise efforts, develop regional marketing plans, execute sales strategies, and manage client relationships across the Nordic markets.

Lead origination, structuring and execution of complex Growth/Venture Debt financings; evaluate credit and project risks; perform legal and financial due diligence (LMA standards); build financial models; prepare investment committee materials; monitor valuations and sector trends; manage client and investor relationships; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to close transactions; build funding platforms; and integrate ESG considerations into sourcing, diligence and loan documentation.

The Fund CFO Associate manages day-to-day fund operations, compliance, financial reporting, cash management, and liaising with various stakeholders, ensuring high standards in fund management.
