Oversee the operations, accounting, compliance, reporting, cash management, NAV reviews, audits, tax processes, and service providers for infrastructure funds and related entities. Maintain fund models, monitor risks and fees, support fund launches and asset acquisitions, coordinate regulatory returns, and respond to investor queries. The role requires collaboration with administrators, advisers, auditors, deal teams, and investors, along with strong knowledge of asset management and holding companies.

Supports infrastructure and private equity funds through investor reporting, fund performance analysis, acquisition structuring, accounting treatment, cash-flow forecasting, fund facilities, co-investment and carried-interest calculations, and investor relationship management. The role requires collaboration with administrators, directors, valuers, and other stakeholders while contributing to transaction execution and new product development.

Owns local payment processes, financial and regulatory reporting, management accounts, prudential ratios, forecasting, tax compliance, and internal financial controls. The role prepares IFRS and local reports, supports treasury and business planning, analyzes financial performance and regulatory changes, liaises with auditors and regulators, and manages accounting and tax risks related to new products. It also maintains control procedures and ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
