The Front of House Supervisor leads the Front of House team, ensuring high standards of service and client experience while managing resources, training, and operational responsibilities.

Execute, optimise and report paid social and digital campaigns (primary focus on Meta) across social and programmatic channels; manage media bookings, collaborate with specialist teams, support finance and invoicing, and present performance insights to clients.

Design visually striking pitch decks and digital assets, co-create social and digital content, build pitch microsites, collaborate with designers and motion specialists, support campaign delivery, and translate complex information into engaging visuals.
