Generates and qualifies UK sales leads through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. The role manages prospect research, coordinates with client teams to refine sales strategies, maintains CRM activity records, and reports on industry trends, pipeline progress, and conversations. It is fully remote and includes an annual salary plus performance-based lead bonuses.

Leads EMEA SDR client programs by recruiting, coaching, and scaling multi-country teams. Manages client relationships, develops culturally adapted outbound strategies, oversees prospect databases and CRM buildouts, and creates reporting dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms. The role monitors performance, delivers client reports, improves SDR playbooks and messaging, and partners with internal teams to drive pipeline, client satisfaction, and retention across diverse EMEA markets.
