Support equity swaps trade capture and daily lifecycle management, ensuring accurate booking, resets, fixings, corporate action processing, reconciliations and confirmations. Validate P&L, cash flows and settlements, manage exceptions and margin/collateral activity, uphold controls and regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank/ CFTC, UMR). Partner with trading, product control, risk, technology and operations; contribute to automation, UAT and process improvements.

Sell regulatory reporting technology, consulting, and managed services across EMEA. Originate and close new client opportunities, manage full sales cycle, build relationships with operations and regulatory stakeholders, prepare proposals/RFPs, maintain CRM pipeline, and coordinate internal teams to deliver regulatory assurance, remediation, and managed operations.

Perform end-to-end KYC/CDD reviews across jurisdictions, ensure AML/KYC regulatory compliance, run sanctions/PEP/adverse media screenings using third-party tools, liaise with Front Office and Compliance, maintain quality and meet project deadlines in a high-volume consultancy environment.
