Support post-sales account management for a portfolio of SaaS customers under senior Account Managers. Manage renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, build customer relationships, support QBRs, gather customer feedback, and coordinate with Product, Sales, Support, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver solutions and drive retention and growth.

Provide strategic technical guidance to enterprise clients, designing scalable integrations and adoption plans. Lead technical alignment sessions, API and middleware troubleshooting, systems testing, training, and deployments. Advise technical and executive stakeholders, communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering, influence platform roadmaps, document bugs, improve implementation frameworks, and mentor team members.

Lead complex SaaS implementation projects, manage timelines and client expectations, configure solutions, deliver customer training, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. The role requires advising clients on integrations, resolving implementation problems, supporting adoption, and improving implementation workflows.
