Own the availability, performance, reliability, automation, monitoring, and incident response of production SaaS applications across Azure multi-cloud and multi-region environments. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, improve disaster recovery and failover, conduct post-incident reviews, build automation, and implement observability and performance improvements. Participate in weekend on-call rotations and communicate incident updates to customer-facing stakeholders.

Manage design, build, maintenance, security, and quality assurance of hands-on training and certification labs for Delinea's identity security products. Develop lab challenges, maintain environments, automate provisioning/deprovisioning, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and collaborate with SMEs to keep labs current and effective for customers and partners.
