The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition and revenue, self-prospecting to build sales pipelines, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs in voice AI, articulating Deepgram's value, and managing existing accounts for upsell opportunities.

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as technical advisor and strategic owner: onboard, enable, drive adoption, troubleshoot integrations, run demos/POCs/workshops, surface requirements for product/engineering, identify expansion, lead executive reviews, and build AI-first automation to remove recurring work.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll generate sales opportunities, collaborate with teams, understand customer needs, and research market opportunities.
