Coordinates the Accelerated Seeding Programme across multiple workstreams, maintaining schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action trackers, governance materials, dashboards and reports. Supports project planning, stakeholder meetings, readiness reviews, change requests, implementation, transition activities and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with functional leads across commercial, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance and agronomy while monitoring delivery risks, KPIs and programme progress.

Provides day-to-day HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment administration, onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, HR records management, employee data reporting, performance and talent processes, and compliance support. The role advises managers and employees, coordinates HR activities, maintains accurate systems and documentation, and ensures consistent, timely delivery of people services.

Provides end-to-end generalist HR support across two UK sites, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent processes, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, workforce reporting, and employee engagement. Acts as the primary HR adviser to managers and employees, supports organisational change, maintains accurate HR records, and ensures alignment with UK employment legislation and company policies.
