Manage financial reporting, consolidation, statutory accounts, audits, internal controls, tax requirements, liquidity, and group reporting for Forevermark and international entities. The role oversees month-end reporting, variance analysis, HFM submissions, technical accounting, audit liaison, treasury limits, and finance process improvements. It also provides guidance and training to international finance teams, supports marketing finance, manages one direct report, and partners with tax, legal, operations, and group finance teams.

Provides strategic legal advice to commodity trading and shipping businesses, ensuring compliance with governance requirements. Advises stakeholders, supports cross-border commodity trading agreements and financing instruments, negotiates and drafts contracts, and manages relationships with external law firms. The role requires practical, business-oriented legal guidance and collaboration with internal legal teams and business partners.

Manages global legal operations across external counsel and supplier relationships, legal finance, technology vendors, matter management, AI adoption, process improvement, training, communications, and merger integration. The role coordinates strategic projects, negotiates law firm rates, oversees budgets and invoices, supports legal technology governance, and maintains continuity during a 12-month maternity cover assignment. It requires strong stakeholder management, commercial judgment, organization, discretion, and experience in complex or global in-house legal environments.
