Coordinates the Accelerated Seeding Programme across multiple workstreams, maintaining schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action trackers, governance materials, dashboards and reports. Acts as the primary HR adviser to managers and employees, supports organisational change, maintains accurate HR records, and ensures alignment with UK employment legislation and company policies.

Provides global HR advisory and employee relations support to managers and employees, with emphasis on retail store partnership. Supports recruitment, onboarding, performance and absence management, talent and succession processes, learning initiatives, organizational design, change management, inclusion activities, HR reporting, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Leads consumer-insight integration across campaign development and innovation pipelines. Translates qualitative, quantitative, cultural, behavioral, and performance data into actionable narratives, briefs, concepts, measurement frameworks, and growth recommendations. Establishes campaign effectiveness tracking, leads post-campaign learning, supports demand-space prioritization, and connects Insights, Innovation, Communications, analytics teams, and agencies to improve decision-making and brand growth.

Supports De Beers’ due diligence program through counterparty monitoring, open-source research, red-flag investigation, data management, disclosure updates, and escalation of potential compliance risks. The role assists with sanctions, AML, anti-bribery, regulatory, and partner-monitoring activities, maintains BPP SMART System records, supports investigations, and provides operational cover for customer allocation and secure shipment reporting.

Supports corporate Treasury technology, systems, controls, accounting, reporting, and transformation initiatives. Acts as a treasury management systems subject matter expert, coordinates projects across Treasury, Finance, Technology, vendors, and implementation partners, and supports requirements, configuration, testing, training, implementation, governance, audit, and control activities. Requires significant multinational corporate treasury experience, hands-on TMS expertise, strong treasury operations and accounting knowledge, and project delivery capability.

Supports international tax aspects of M&A, portfolio simplification, legal-entity reorganizations, financing structures, capital allocation, cash repatriation, and UK treasury tax matters. Responsibilities include tax due diligence, structuring reports, transaction advice, stakeholder engagement, strategic tax initiatives, process improvement, and management of external advisers. The role requires strong international and UK tax knowledge, commercial judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex tax matters to senior management.
