Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Operations and Logistics team: check invoices, monitor supplier shipments, create inbound shipments in NetSuite, update records in WFX/Google Drive, support QC and testing logs, maintain product and supplier documents, run reports, and assist with supplier and brand onboarding.

Lead product safety and chemical compliance for fashion jewellery: perform risk assessments, review and store test reports on WFX, liaise with suppliers, 3rd-party test houses and buying teams, monitor testing, update budgets, and support Senior Compliance Manager to ensure products meet legislative and customer requirements.

The Senior Designer will lead the design team, manage product development, oversee budgets, and create innovative jewellery designs while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends.
