Supervise the BLAZE group exercise program, coordinating timetables and social events in line with programming standards. Manage the MYZONE community, system, club reports, health and safety processes, and compliance checks. Instruct and inspire members, collaborate with other departments, and support a positive, inclusive fitness environment.

Make high-volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or have missed payments, with the goal of retaining memberships and reducing company attrition. Manage workload independently, provide customer service, and use commercial judgment to maximize membership growth and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Supports daily club operations by helping with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting teams across the facility. The role requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.
