Candidates should hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 early years childcare qualification, have previous experience in a similar environment, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for engaging with children.

Handle member queries and requests through chat, telephone, and email; process membership issues accurately and efficiently; and deliver excellent customer service. The role is fully office-based at a membership hub with consistent working hours. Candidates need outbound calling and customer query experience, strong communication and organizational skills, resilience, target focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
