Provide technical support to enterprise customers by configuring and troubleshooting SSO, authentication, platform access, alerts, APIs, integrations, and customer network environments. Investigate logs and data to identify root causes, resolve issues, communicate solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering on defects, maintain support documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation with occasional weekend coverage.

Lead public sector account growth across EMEA by meeting sales quotas, building pipeline, leveraging partners, cultivating senior client relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals. Develop customer and competitive insights, manage public sector sales processes, and provide product feedback to Product and Engineering teams. The role requires strong government or public sector credibility, stakeholder management, and experience navigating bids, partnerships, accounts, and internal processes.

Deploy, build, and operationalize Dataminr First Alert inside customer environments (mainly defense/national security). Design Foundry data pipelines, ontologies, and operator-facing applications; integrate real-time intelligence with customer data; debug full-stack issues in restricted/on-prem environments; act as trusted technical advisor; travel frequently to customer sites and own solutions end-to-end.
