Requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and closing skills, autonomy, urgency, and adaptability.

Leads Datadog’s EMEA public relations and corporate communications strategy, including media relations, product launches, executive profiling, thought leadership, reputation management, agency oversight, and communications measurement. Partners with global Communications, Marketing, Sales, and regional leaders to create locally relevant stories across technology, security, and AI markets. The role also manages regional events, urgent media responses, budgets, and communications programs across multiple EMEA countries.

Leads strategic Global Systems Integrator partnerships across EMEA, including partner recruitment, enablement, joint selling, business reviews, integrated launches, and pipeline generation. Collaborates with enterprise and commercial sales teams to drive customer adoption and revenue. Requires extensive quota-carrying partner sales experience in cloud or SaaS, technical fluency, market development expertise, and substantial travel.
