Conduct full-lifecycle recruiting by sourcing, screening, and closing qualified candidates. Partner with leadership to improve interview processes, train interview teams, negotiate compensation, maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Manage multiple openings independently while promoting Datadog’s value proposition and responding with urgency throughout the hiring process.

Recruit, enable, and manage strategic channel partners (GSIs, MSPs, VARs) to drive customer adoption and revenue. Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of partner launches, run business reviews, generate partner-sourced pipeline, and collaborate with regional sales teams to close deals.

Plan and execute regional field marketing programs (campaigns, ABM, events) to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Own program outcomes and budget, evaluate sponsorships, align with Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Communications, manage on-site event logistics, track and report performance metrics, and act as regional field marketing lead while expanding remit over time.
