Partner with SEMEA sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and accelerate regional growth. Own end-to-end product design for Databricks Platform areas serving technical and business users. Responsibilities include defining design direction, conducting customer research, creating prototypes, validating usability, influencing product and engineering decisions, designing reusable UX patterns, contributing directly to code with AI coding agents, and maintaining high visual and interaction quality across complex data and AI workflows.

Drive revenue and usage growth across a strategic enterprise energy account. Develop account plans, identify high-value data and AI use cases, lead transformation initiatives, and build relationships with technical and C-level stakeholders. Collaborate with partners, professional services, training teams, hyperscalers, and global system integrators. The role requires enterprise software sales success, energy-sector expertise, value-based selling, consumption-model experience, and executive presence.
