Teams at Databricks

Lead technical customer engagements for Databricks Customer Lake, guiding architecture, data engineering, identity resolution, audience activation, and agent deployment. Deliver presentations, workshops, proofs of concept, and customer-facing collateral while partnering with sales, marketing, engineering, product, GSIs, and consulting organizations. Advise executive and technical stakeholders, manage complex escalations, influence product strategy, and improve qualification and POC processes to drive adoption and expansion.

Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, architecting, securing, administering, and automating Databricks deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead cloud networking, identity, infrastructure-as-code, platform operations, and distributed data architecture discussions. Demonstrate custom solutions in competitive sales engagements, support platform adoption, collaborate with field teams and partners, influence product direction, and contribute to customer-facing thought leadership. The role requires strong Python and PySpark/Spark coding, Databricks expertise, executive communication, and up to 30% travel.

Partner with account executives and architects to win digital-native customers across the UK and Ireland. Lead hands-on evaluations, proofs of concept, technical demonstrations, and competitive positioning for Databricks’ data and AI platform. Engage engineers, founders, and executives; communicate technical and commercial value; develop customer-facing collateral; and support workshops and technical community events. The role requires regular London office attendance and approximately 20–30% travel across the region.
