Lead strategic and hands-on UX research across Darktrace’s cybersecurity products. Define cross-product research roadmaps, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, analyze user workflows, and translate findings into personas, journey maps, workflow models, and strategic recommendations. Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering leaders to influence platform strategy, improve user experiences, and establish scalable, research-centered practices across the organization.

Provides customer-facing cybersecurity and technical pre-sales expertise for enterprise accounts. Designs and manages solution deployments, architectures, success criteria, business cases, and deployment plans. Supports RFIs and RFPs, builds trusted technical relationships, presents to senior stakeholders, evangelizes products, tracks cybersecurity trends, and contributes to go-to-market and product direction. Requires enterprise security sales experience, networking knowledge, security strategy expertise, and understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Leads multiple software engineering teams and oversees execution of complex product and technology initiatives. Translates company objectives into priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans; drives engineering strategy, operational excellence, quality, and predictability. Builds high-performing organizations through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development. Partners cross-functionally on architecture, technical decisions, customer value, budgets, resource planning, metrics, and organizational change.
