Build trusted relationships with CISOs and security leaders, develop account plans, collaborate with partners and technical experts, present Darktrace AI-driven security solutions, and represent the company at events.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for R&D and development roles: design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, maintain Workday ATS, track hiring metrics, lead employer branding, train hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience to meet quarterly headcount targets.
