The role requires 70% travel, including regular work at customer offices and occasional overnight stays.

Drive growth for pathology solutions across UKI by managing complex managed-service opportunities, strategic accounts, tenders, renewals, and long-term contracts. Build relationships with NHS pathology networks, laboratories, senior leaders, and C-suite stakeholders. Lead cross-functional sales efforts with Sales, Applications, Service, and Customer Care teams while supporting customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The role is fully remote, requires up to 50% travel and frequent overnight stays, and includes territory-wide account development.

Own and maintain the contracts database for the Managed Service Contract team. Manage contract renewals, instrument and consumable orders, and related processing in Oracle for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Netherlands. Support NHS customers, build cross-functional relationships, monitor contract compliance, investigate cost-control opportunities, and improve processes and performance. The role is onsite in Little Chalfont and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and ERP skills.
