Leads government affairs and policy activities related to sustainability, chemicals, and product regulations. Assesses emerging developments, advises senior leaders on business impacts, coordinates cross-functional responses, develops advocacy strategies, and represents Cytiva with regulators, policymakers, trade associations, and industry coalitions across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Develops automation solution estimates and supports sales by translating customer requirements into standard or custom automation offerings. The role bridges customers, commercial teams, engineering, hardware, and product management; creates cost, scope, and schedule estimates; maintains estimation tools and metrics; and provides feedback to product management. Requires automation or controls engineering experience, familiarity with major automation platforms and industrial communication protocols, customer-facing communication, and 10% travel.

Leads global, strategic cross-functional projects within Cytiva’s Commercial Excellence portfolio. Responsibilities include managing project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, PMO reviews, annual improvement priorities, and initiative demand from operating company leaders. The role requires delivering business outcomes, making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, and coordinating enterprise initiatives across regulated life sciences environments. This is an on-site role with up to 15% overnight and international travel.
