Manages partner opportunity funnels, conducts business reviews, tracks KPIs, and ensures performance against targets. Requires strong commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution skills, plus experience in partner management, alliances, business development, sales, and biologics process development or manufacturing. This is an on-site UK role involving 25% travel.

Owns operations finance governance, inventory and excess-and-obsolete forecasting, standard costing, capital expenditure management, and manufacturing financial reporting for Genomic Medicine. Partners with plant finance, operations, FP&A, and R&D teams to improve processes, evaluate investments, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights linking operational performance to business results.
