Process and track customer export orders, ensure customs compliance and export documentation, resolve delivery and invoice issues, manage complaints in SFDC, collaborate with Demand Planning/Logistics/Finance, and drive continuous improvement of on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Sr. Manager will oversee EMEA Trade Operations, focusing on compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data and AI products—datasets, semantic layers, APIs, and analytics. Drive adoption of scalable, governed architectures, partner with engineering and stakeholders, integrate AI/ML, manage vendor/governance risks, and align product outcomes to business and regulatory needs.
