Provides technical consulting across architecture, engineering, software, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and data disciplines. Translates operational requirements into secure, scalable, interoperable solutions; develops technical designs and documentation; supports integration, testing, transition, and operations; assesses risks and technical trade-offs; and contributes to governance, assurance, and lifecycle activities in complex, secure public-sector environments.

Design, develop, test, debug, and document embedded software, firmware, and low-level drivers for resource-constrained and real-time environments. Collaborate with clients, project teams, and project managers on requirements, technical recommendations, planning, and delivery. Contribute to presentations, pitches, company strategy, and complex technical problem-solving while maintaining secure, high-quality engineering practices.
