Creates persuasive proposals, pitch documents, presentations, and other sales collateral for prospective and existing clients. Manages multiple documents under tight deadlines, edits content, enforces style standards, coordinates subject matter experts, facilitates reviews, and maintains content libraries and templates. The role also supports proposal-team operations, develops process efficiencies, builds self-service resources, and contributes to best practices and special projects.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, providing guidance on infrastructure, support incidents, integrations, projects, and product adoption. Lead customer meetings, escalations, account growth, enablement sessions, and cross-functional resolution efforts. Mentor team members, improve internal processes, communicate product plans, and maintain expertise in D2L solutions. The role requires strong relationship management, project organization, technical communication, independent remote work, and after-hours availability.
