The Platform Architect will bridge R&D and Field teams, operationalize cloud security solutions, resolve issues, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical expertise.

Lead technical customer success for the Cyera data security platform: drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion; design custom use cases; troubleshoot issues; run executive and technical workshops; monitor customer health; mentor team members and influence product roadmap.

Designs and executes sales enablement programs for EMEA, including onboarding, coaching, training content, and performance support. Partners with sales leadership, product, and marketing to measure progress, iterate on programs, mitigate risks, and align enablement with organizational strategy to improve productivity and reduce ramp time.
