Senior, field-facing technologist leading AI security engagements across customers and GTM teams. Advise on AI risk, governance, data exposure, and security architecture; design demos, POVs, reference architectures, and playbooks; influence product and messaging; enable sales and speak at events to scale Cyera's AI security leadership.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for Cyera's cloud data security and data risk management solutions. Prospect, qualify, forecast, run complex sales cycles, deliver tailored demos/PoVs, and close deals with Fortune 500 customers. Build executive relationships (CISO, CDO, CIO), work with Solutions Engineering and cross-functional teams, grow channel partnerships, attend events, and travel ~50%.

Designs and executes sales enablement programs for EMEA, including onboarding, coaching, training content, and performance support. Partners with sales leadership, product, and marketing to measure progress, iterate on programs, mitigate risks, and align enablement with organizational strategy to improve productivity and reduce ramp time.
