Develop stack plans and space plans, identify tactical projects, support workplace strategy and change management, coordinate project delivery, and build stakeholder relationships. Maintain demand and supply data, provide recommendations, and ensure concurrent planning requests are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.

Leads the EMEA integrated facilities management platform, driving operational excellence, account health, service quality, transitions, growth, reporting, data governance, maintenance operations, compliance, risk management, and business continuity. Oversees regional technology adoption including FAMIS360 and Triana, supports client pursuits and strategic relationships, and develops direct and matrix teams across multiple countries.
