Serve as primary client contact, manage multiple concurrent projects, oversee governance, programme, cost, quality and risk, coordinate consultants and procurement, administer JCT contracts, support business growth, and mentor junior team members.

Lead and govern multi-pillar workplace transformation programmes across EMEA, coordinating project teams, stakeholders and facilities. Own master programme plans, risk registers, budgets, change control, reporting and handover to operations. Ensure stakeholder engagement, governance, communications, and integration of construction delivery into business operations while supporting business growth and cross-sell opportunities.
