Supports valuation and advisory assignments for UK retail properties, including shopping centres, high street assets, retail parks, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include producing RICS Red Book-compliant valuation reports, analyzing market and transaction data, building financial models and cash flows, supporting portfolio assignments and client pitches, maintaining client relationships, contributing to business development, and ensuring governance and professional standards.

Leads multiple commercial, office refurbishment, fit-out, mixed-use, and complex projects from briefing through handover. Responsibilities include client leadership, consultant and contractor management, procurement and tendering, JCT contract administration, programme and budget control, risk management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, compliance, and business development support.
