Provides electrical building engineering consultancy across commercial property projects. Responsibilities include technical due diligence, dilapidations, building surveys, electrical design, specifications, cost plans, project supervision, contract coordination, quality assurance, risk management, client relationship development, financial oversight, and team mentoring. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary designs, supporting business development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Manage global client finance and accounting operations across EMEA, including transactional processing, vendor payments, monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting, tax and statutory compliance, and corporate reporting. Lead and develop the client accounting team, oversee financial controls, support account mobilization and transitions, manage client and vendor relationships, and provide accurate financial information to stakeholders. The role also involves financial modeling, process improvement, and occasional travel.

Supports the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of semantic models, curated datasets, and reusable data assets. Collaborates with BI and Data Science & Engineering teams to onboard datasets, standardize business logic, perform quality checks, and support AI-ready data foundations. The role emphasizes learning enterprise data modeling, platform governance, business context translation, and analytics engineering practices under senior guidance.
