Lead delivery of multiple Cat B office fit-out projects (£200k–£4M) from inception to completion. Own client relationships, programmes, budgets, risks and procurement; coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams; report to a Partner and support growth of the Principal Delivery team.

Manage and review monthly/quarterly financial reporting for UK and European real estate funds, ensure IFRS compliance, oversee reconciliations, VAT/CIS, audits, client reporting, stakeholder relationships, onboarding, and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and control.

Operationalize and run the enterprise AI governance framework: manage AI impact assessments, coordinate cross-functional reviews, monitor regulatory developments, support vendor due diligence, maintain AI registries, and prepare materials for the Enterprise AI Council.
