Support global brand protection efforts by researching trademark infringement, drafting domain dispute complaints (UDRP/DRP/URS), sending cease-and-desist communications, managing enforcement cases, coordinating recovered domain transfers, and advising clients on brand protection strategy. Work collaboratively with global teams and maintain detailed investigative and case management records.

Sell and grow fund administration and related services across EMEA, primarily targeting UK fund managers and asset managers. Hunt new business, develop go-to-market plans, manage sales cycles, build referral networks with law firms and partners, support proposals, assess deal risk, represent CSC at industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to close and manage client relationships.

Provide Tier 2 support and technical escalation for GFS applications, diagnose incidents across application, database and infrastructure layers, lead major incident responses, perform advanced Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and performance tuning, support releases and automation, maintain runbooks and documentation, and drive reliability and operational improvements in a regulated financial environment.
