The Creative Project Manager will lead projects in the Growth Creative Team, overseeing project timelines, coordinating between teams, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality creative assets are delivered on time. Requires strong project management skills and digital advertising expertise.

Design and implement end-to-end pricing, market-making, and risk models for prediction markets. Build data pipelines, research cross-market dependencies and combinatorial products, partner with traders, and develop backtesting, simulation, monitoring, and validation tooling to support live trading and model calibration.

Design, develop and implement microservice-based components for a derivatives exchange trading platform. Collaborate with product, security, and DevOps teams to build secure, scalable back-end services, implement automated testing, CI/CD, participate in code audits, and resolve cross-stack infrastructure issues.
