The Creative Project Manager will lead projects in the Growth Creative Team, overseeing project timelines, coordinating between teams, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality creative assets are delivered on time. Requires strong project management skills and digital advertising expertise.

Design, develop and implement microservice-based components for a derivatives exchange trading platform. Collaborate with product, security, and DevOps teams to build secure, scalable back-end services, implement automated testing, CI/CD, participate in code audits, and resolve cross-stack infrastructure issues.

Own end-to-end verification-to-activation for Crypto.com Exchange: KYC approval, re-KYC, fiat and on-chain deposits/withdrawals, first-trade activation, and onboarding rewards. Drive multi-vendor IDV, payment rails, fraud mitigation, localisation, and AI-native product practices while partnering with Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations to optimise conversion, risk, and cost.

Lead end-to-end product ownership of discovery, sign-up, onboarding rewards, and authentication for a global crypto exchange. Define behavioural analytics and event taxonomy, run high-velocity A/B tests, build funnel dashboards, design sign-up reward mechanics with fraud resistance, and modernize login toward passwordless/passkey solutions. Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, security, and marketing to measurably improve conversion and activation.
