The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing will lead CRM engagement for Europe, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating across teams to enhance fan engagement and loyalty.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel global paid media to drive international 3P distribution growth. Manage campaigns across platforms (Roku, PSN, Xbox, YouTube Primetime, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap), centralize performance data and reporting, run MMM/MTA and incrementality tests, scale territories, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with regional, partnership, agency, and lower-funnel teams to meet UA and brand objectives.

Partner with UK & France leaders as a trusted HR advisor to deliver day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, drive engagement, coach leaders, support onboarding/offboarding and employee relations, collaborate cross-functionally, and evolve people programs to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
