Manage end-to-end client onboarding for FX and payments clients, coordinating KYC, regulatory, platform and SWIFT setups, stakeholder communication, data reporting (MI), handover to BAU, and escalation of onboarding control issues.

Investigate high-volume payment alerts using EastNets SafeWatch, assess mobile money sanction alerts, liaise with clients, ensure timely quality handling, analyse trends to reduce false hits, stay updated on OFAC/HMT/UN/EU sanctions, and propose process improvements.

Client-facing role managing end-to-end pensions administration: processing payments, death cases, reinstatements, arrears calculations, statements, reconciliations, client account funding, portal support (including facial authentication), and contributing to pensions transformation and process improvements.
