Investigate and resolve post-trade payment queries involving FX, money-market transactions, and client payments. Liaise with correspondent banks, clients, relationship bankers, and internal stakeholders across global regions. Responsibilities include Nostro break investigations, incoming-funds confirmation, settlement-instruction setup and maintenance, unsettled-trade reporting, daily payment reports, and team activity records. Experience with SWIFT payments, payment investigations, FX settlement flows, and correspondent banking is required; French is desirable and Spanish advantageous.

Build and manage a portfolio of financial institution clients in developed markets, driving long-term growth and profitability. The role involves selling FX, payments, banking, and related products; generating leads; developing pipelines; managing client relationships; identifying market opportunities; and representing the bank at industry events. The manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and network teams, monitor market trends, present performance insights, and ensure regulatory and conduct-risk compliance.

Designs, builds, and operates secure cloud-native integrations and data platforms connecting internal systems, third-party platforms, correspondent banks, and data consumers. Responsibilities include Java and Spring Boot development, AWS infrastructure, event-driven data flows, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, data quality, and production support. The role contributes to architecture decisions, translates stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, mentors engineers, and promotes AI-assisted development practices.
