Crown Agents Bank seeks experienced sales leaders to develop business in FX and payments across various regions, fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities.

Client-facing sales role driving revenue for Global Markets through FX derivatives and money market products. Manage client relationships, originate business, price and execute trades, coordinate lifecycle management and CRM reporting, and ensure compliance with MiFID/FCA within the Bank's risk framework. Collaborate with Trading, Coverage, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver tailored solutions in emerging and frontier markets.

Support Head of Commercial Risk & Business Management for Front Office Global Markets by optimising trading performance, managing operational and regulatory risk within appetite, driving product development and strategic projects, liaising across Risk, Compliance, Technology and senior leadership, and improving governance, controls and MI for FX, treasury, trade finance and payments.

Deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and predictive insights using BI and AI to support decision-making. Establish data governance, design data lakes/marts, standardise visualisation, enable federated self-service, and improve data quality and reporting across the bank.

Process, monitor and control payments across channels, interpret SWIFT and ISO 20022 messages, investigate failures and exceptions, perform reconciliations and root cause analysis, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support product/system changes and testing, maintain audit trails and reporting, and drive STP improvements and operational controls.

Manage end-to-end settlement and collateral activities for bonds, repos and derivatives. Perform daily transaction reporting (EMIR/MiFID/SFTR), resolve settlement fails and collateral discrepancies, maintain controls, support audits, liaise with front office and counterparties, and mentor junior staff while driving process improvements and automation.

Lead change strategy for Project Compass: define programme narrative and brand, manage stakeholder mapping and engagement, embed AI-enabled change approaches, drive business readiness and adoption, build change capability, and track governance and continuous improvement. Act as hands-on lead producing communications, workshops, impact assessments, and reporting to ensure adoption across the bank.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding for FX and payments clients, coordinating KYC, regulatory, platform and SWIFT setups, stakeholder communication, data reporting (MI), handover to BAU, and escalation of onboarding control issues.
