Administer and improve the enterprise risk management framework and Protecht GRC platform. Facilitate risk and control self-assessments, manage risk data quality, workflows, alerts, permissions, reporting, and system enhancements. Support KRI and board reporting, committee packs, incident management, audits, regulatory queries, risk policies, training, and collaboration with operational risk, credit risk, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Owns month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, journal preparation, variance analysis, and audit support. The role maintains accurate, audit-ready financial records, strengthens finance controls, improves processes, responds to reporting queries, and supports junior colleagues. It also contributes to management accounts, departmental cost analysis, and technical accounting activities including IFRS 9 revenue and expected credit loss calculations.

Provide regulatory and compliance advice to the business, translate FCA requirements into policies, support product governance and Design, deliver compliance monitoring, monitor conduct MI, run training, and support delivery of good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.
