Provides service desk and technical support for CAA offices across Europe and APAC. Responsibilities include incident response, Active Directory and Workday administration, Windows and macOS support, mobile device management, Cisco telephony, printers, software deployment, application training, office integrations, and new office buildouts. The role coordinates with engineering teams, supports infrastructure and cybersecurity incidents, maintains documentation, and may travel to CAA offices for project work.

Lead creative strategy for international brand clients across sport, entertainment, music, gaming, creators, and partnerships. Develop strategic territories, sponsorship platforms, integrated campaigns, activation strategies, and cultural opportunities. Translate business challenges into creative ideas, present recommendations to senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, support account growth, and coach junior strategists while collaborating with creative, account, insight, production, and measurement teams.

Supports operational excellence across CAA Brand Consulting’s international business by improving processes, coordinating operational projects, managing resource planning and utilization, supporting budgeting and financial reporting, facilitating cross-office collaboration, tracking training, and assisting with market expansion, governance, office culture, and business readiness initiatives.
