Cquesta

Cquesta is an agricultural biotechnology company spun out of the Salk Institute's Harnessing Plants Initiative. It develops climate-resilient, higher-yield crop solutions by improving root system architecture and using proprietary genetic traits. Its platform targets crops including corn, soybean, sorghum, canola, and CoverCress, with goals of improving farmer profitability, nutrient and water efficiency, stress resilience, and long-term carbon sequestration in soil.
