Manages UK and international marketing activities for the Veterinary Instrumentation brand, including brand governance, digital presence, SEO, social media, email campaigns, content creation, customer reviews, analytics, and product campaigns. Develops marketing materials across digital and traditional channels, supports international market adaptation, coordinates photography and videography, monitors market trends, and provides performance insights to improve audience engagement and sales conversion.

Develops and executes test plans, cases, and scripts for Java/PostgreSQL applications, integrations, and go-lives. Coordinates functional, regression, and user acceptance testing; tracks defects through resolution; establishes formal QA processes and documentation; manages testing workstreams across concurrent projects; supports test environments and escalates quality risks. Collaborates with developers, business analysts, infrastructure, and DevOps teams in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Support and modernize application infrastructure across Linux, PostgreSQL, Java, Apache Tomcat, and CI/CD platforms. Responsibilities include database and operating system upgrades, security hardening, disaster recovery, deployment automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, capacity planning, and infrastructure support. The role collaborates with Development and Infrastructure teams, contributes to technical projects and process improvements, maintains documentation, and supports ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GDP compliance activities.
