Owns insurance technical accounting, captive carrier accounting, underwriter settlements, bordereaux, claims recoveries, fiduciary assets and liabilities, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls. The role establishes accounting policies under IFRS and US GAAP, replaces spreadsheet processes with system-based controls, manages carrier and reinsurance accounting, and leads a team of five across insurance accounting, settlements, and credit control.

Owns media relations across EMEA and APAC, internal communications strategy, regional PR, executive thought leadership, issue management, and brand storytelling. The role develops press materials, coordinates agencies and leadership, supports announcements and campaigns, and amplifies coverage across social and internal channels. It requires 7–10 years of communications, public relations, or journalism experience, regional media expertise, agency management, and fluency with AI-assisted communications workflows.
