As a Deployed Customer Engineer, you will bridge Couchbase's engineering and customer goals, implementing solutions and optimizing performance for mission-critical applications.

Lead Couchbase's UK & Nordics go-to-market as a player-coach, driving new logo acquisition and ARR expansion. Build and execute regional strategy, maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting, position AI/data platform (RAG, Vector Search, Capella) to displace legacy RDBMS, develop sales talent, and coordinate cross-functional account teams to achieve quota.

Lead delivery and value realization for strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, ROI, renewals and expansions. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage complex multi-phase programs, engage executive stakeholders, mitigate delivery risks, and feed customer insights into product and GTM improvements.
