Manage full lifecycle accounts receivable for a high-volume portfolio: improve AR aging metrics, resolve slow-pay/non-payment issues, escalate at 60 days, produce aged debt reporting, coordinate with sales and AR management, lead reviews and stakeholder meetings, and support ad-hoc reporting and projects.

The Business Development Consultant will manage a client base, drive business growth through new sales, and represent OTM at events. Responsibilities include client meetings, negotiations, and collaborating with the sales team.
