The role requires consultative B2B selling, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM documentation, and achievement of sales and activity targets within a metrics-driven environment.

Conducts high-volume phone interviews with commercial real estate professionals to collect and verify property, transaction, ownership, and construction data. Maintains an accurate real estate database, supports client listing visibility, builds professional relationships, investigates market activity, analyzes trends, and collaborates with regional teams to produce reliable market insights.

Supports international hotel performance forecasting through data analysis, market research, trend interpretation, and forecast methodology development. Produces data visualizations, written analyses, blogs, articles, and client presentations. Maintains data quality, investigates anomalies, collaborates with global analyst and product teams, and communicates forecast assumptions and hospitality market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
