Responsibilities include extracting and segmenting data, merging creative assets, building and testing communications, sending campaigns, coordinating with sales and external partners, managing deadlines, recording results, analyzing performance, and recommending improvements. The role also handles campaign queries and contributes to wider marketing initiatives.

Leads CRM and lifecycle marketing across B2B and B2C audiences, developing segmentation, automation, customer journeys, and communications. Manages a small team, analyzes campaign performance, supports integrated campaigns, product launches, events, brand initiatives, and commercial marketing. Coordinates stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, IT, Legal, and leadership while managing budgets, agencies, customer experience improvements, and team development.

Provides phone and email product support to STR customers worldwide, resolves product and website issues, maintains customer and subscription records, trains clients on products and methodologies, and communicates feedback internally. The role requires accurate case handling, multitasking across systems, strong communication, data analysis, and adaptability while supporting hospitality, real estate, tourism, and short-term rental customers.
