Supports the collection, verification, management, and reporting of operational and compliance data. Maintains accurate records, documentation, and document control systems; identifies and resolves discrepancies; prepares reports; supports audits; and follows up with departments to keep compliance information complete and current.

Manage the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a waste transfer station. Responsibilities include leading site teams, workforce planning, operational performance, traffic and tipping operations, environmental and health and safety compliance, incident investigations, contractor oversight, plant maintenance, KPI and budget management, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement.

Operate and support daily Transfer Station activities including processing household and commercial waste, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, following site procedures, working as part of a team, communicating with colleagues, and learning to operate mobile and fixed plant with training.
