Lead and grow the Technical Solutions Management team for strategic customers; manage technical relationships, define and deliver technical requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex AI/GPU cloud infrastructure programs, set and monitor KPIs, engage customers on workloads and requirements, and drive continuous service and operational improvements.

The Account Solution Architect will engage with AI labs and enterprises to design and present infrastructure solutions, conduct technical discovery, and lead proof-of-concept sessions while supporting account expansion.
