Teams at CoreWeave

Owns CoreWeave’s data center physical security risk and assurance program. Leads audits, control validations, remediation tracking, site-selection security due diligence, contract security requirements, metrics, and risk reporting across global facilities. Partners with operations, security design, engineering, legal, and technical program management teams to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer commitments, and frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Lead customer-facing technical engagements focused on networking for HPC/cloud environments. Design, prototype, and deploy Kubernetes-based solutions, optimize customer workloads, contribute product feedback, run proofs-of-concept, and represent CoreWeave at events. Collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements and R&D for emerging solutions.

Provide technical customer support through email, live chat, and forums; triage bugs and requests, meet response SLAs, troubleshoot machine learning product issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Maintain product knowledge and documentation, identify recurring issues, improve support processes, and participate in a 24/7 weekend on-call rotation. The role is based in central London three to five days per week.
